We read every message. Meeterboard is operated by Wong Labs. For anything related to this site—bugs, feature ideas, incorrect Levels.fyi mappings, press questions, or privacy requests—email us directly.
We typically respond within three business days. Complex data or privacy requests may take a little longer, but we will acknowledge receipt within one week.
What to include
- Product feedback: what you tried, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
- Data issues: company name, job family, and level slug if you know them. We cache Levels.fyi data for seven days; see How it works for refresh behavior.
- Privacy requests: your Meeterboard user ID from Your ID if you want data export or deletion.
- Press / partnerships: outlet name, deadline, and whether you need a live demo account.
