Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meeterboard operated by Wong Labs. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Meeterboard provides a live meeting cost calculator and related content (spectate, leaderboard, articles). The Service is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes.

Not professional advice

Meeterboard does not provide financial, legal, tax, human-resources, or employment advice.All dollar amounts are estimates derived from third-party compensation averages (primarily Levels.fyi), not from your employer's payroll systems or your actual compensation.

Do not use Meeterboard to negotiate salary, allocate budgets, bill clients, or make compliance decisions without independent verification. See our methodology for formula and limitations.

Compensation data disclaimer

• Figures represent averages for a company level band, not individual salaries.
• We assume a US business year of 52 weeks × 40 hours when converting annual total comp to a per-second rate.
• Levels.fyi coverage, freshness, and accuracy vary by company and role. We cache data for up to seven days.
• Equity values, bonuses, and geographic pay differences may not reflect your situation.

Wong Labs is not affiliated with Levels.fyi. Levels.fyi trademarks and data belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

• Use the Service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or scrape it at scale.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or confidential employer data you are not permitted to share.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Meeterboard user ID if you choose to restore sessions on other devices.

Intellectual property

Meeterboard's branding, code, and original articles are owned by Wong Labs or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Automated republication of full articles is not permitted without permission.

Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ad content. Our Privacy Policy describes how ads and cookies work.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party data, or preservation of your meetings indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONG LABS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES DISPLAYED ON IT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wong Labs against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
